Wildlife Experience

Depending on the selected safari, guests may encounter predators including lions, cheetahs, hyenas, wild dogs and leopards, together with herbivores such as giraffe, zebra and various antelope species.

Your Jaribu Tours & Safaris driver/guide will collect you from your hotel, apartment, residence or another agreed pickup location in Johannesburg or Pretoria.
An early departure is recommended to make the most of the day's cultural and wildlife experiences.
Settle into your comfortable vehicle and begin your journey towards the Lanseria area.
2. Arrive at Lesedi Cultural Village
Arrive at Lesedi Cultural Village, located in the Cradle of Humankind area near Lanseria.
Lesedi provides visitors with an immersive African cultural experience and is designed around traditionally themed homesteads representing different South African cultural traditions.
3. Cultural Village Experience
Begin your cultural experience with a guided exploration of the village.
Discover traditional architecture, customs, stories and aspects of everyday life while learning about South Africa's rich cultural diversity.

After the Lesedi cultural experience, continue towards Lion & Safari Park.
The park is located on the R512 Lanseria road within the Cradle of Humankind area and offers a range of wildlife experiences.
7. Wildlife Safari Experience
Begin your wildlife experience with a guided safari.
Depending on the selected package, guests can choose from available safari options, including guided safari experiences.
The park currently offers guided safari options of approximately one and two hours, with wildlife viewing opportunities that can include lions, cheetahs, hyenas, wild dogs, leopards, giraffes, zebra and various antelope species.
Your guide will provide information about the animals, their behaviour and the surrounding environment while helping you make the most of your time in the park.
8. Wildlife Viewing & Photography
